We have a Patient Group, which meets regularly four times a year.
The Group comprises patients from our patient list who are able to give us feedback about the services we provide and ensure that we understand any problems there may be.
It is very valuable for us to have this feedback and we are very grateful to patients for giving up their time to help us.
At the moment membership of the Group is full, but if you would like to be considered for membership in the future, please let the Managing Partner know.
The Patient Group would welcome any comments from patients about the service they receive from the surgery.

PATIENT GROUP NEWS
The patient Group met again on the 1st November.
We discussed the takeup and use of the new online appointments system which has been very popular.
We also discussed the increasing number of patients who do not attend for their appointments despite us telephoning every person who fails to attend.
We spent some time discussing the results of the patient survey carried out in the practice and the actions that needed to be taken in response to the feedback we have gathered. The practice will now develop an action plan for agreement by the group at our next meeting in the new year.
