REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Over the year we deal with over 35,000 requests for repeat prescriptions. We are unable to take requests for prescriptions over the telephone.
Requests must be made using the slip attached to the previous prescription or may be made in writing or via the website. It is often unnecessary for you to see a doctor for a repeat prescription.
Prescriptions will be ready for collection two full working days after they are received by us. If you want your prescription returned to you by post, please provide us with a stamped, self-addressed envelope. The two local chemists also offer a collection service.
